If the group has been checked out, it will also display the check-out date, check-in date, and the number of days remaining before check-in. For each feature, the name, start date, expiration date, number of days remaining before expiration, and the number of available licenses is displayed. This view is not available if the user has checked out licenses.

Note: Borrowing. In STATISTICA, offline functionality is supported by a concept called borrowing. Through this functionality, you can “check out” one or more licenses from the central server. The licenses will be unavailable from the general pool but available to you on your machine, even when you are disconnected from the network. When borrowing on a client machine, you specify how long you want to borrow the licenses. When that time expires, the licenses are automatically returned to the common pool, and you will not be able to use them again until your machine reconnects to the network.

The local program file installation to the workstation is required for a user to borrow licenses (or work offline) but is not necessary for users who will not need to borrow. Borrowing is only available for concurrently licensed products (Concurrent STATISTICA, STATISTICA Enterprise, and STATISTICA Enterprise Server). For a more detailed discussion of borrowing, see Borrowing Licenses.
