Modify Header/Footer

Ribbon bar. When a report or a spreadsheet is displayed, select the View tab. In the Display group, click Header/Footer to display the Modify Header/Footer dialog box.

Classic menus. From the Report View menu or Spreadsheet View menu, select Header/Footer  to display the Modify Header/Footer dialog box.

Use these options to view and modify the header and/or footer that is printed with a STATISTICA document.

By default, the Header and Footer boxes provide five suggested headers and footers: [None]; Page 1; Document Name; Document Name, Page 1; and Page 1, Document Name. The example below shows these suggested headers for a report called Report1. To see how one of these headers or footers would look, select it and a preview will be displayed in the preview box. In the example below, the Report1, Page 1 footer has been selected and it is previewed in the Footer preview box.

Note that once you have created a custom header or footer, that header or footer will also be displayed in the Header or Footer box, allowing you to select and preview it.

Header. Use the Header drop-down list to choose from the list of headers, which includes headers with the file name, the page number, and combinations of the file name and page number, as well as any customized headings that have been created.

Footer. Use the Footer drop-down list to choose from the list of footers, which includes footers with the file name, the page number, and combinations of the file name and page number, as well as any customized footers that have been created.

Custom. Click the appropriate Custom button to display the Custom Header or Custom Footer dialog box, where you can create a custom header or footer.

OK. Click the OK button to accept the Header/Footer modifications.

Cancel. Click the Cancel button to close this dialog box. Any changes made to the Header/Footer will be disregarded.
