File - Get External Data - Enterprise Tools - Save Window Configuration

Ribbon bar. Select the Home tab. In the File group, click Open. Select Save Window Configuration from the Open External Data - Enterprise Tools submenu to save the current configuration (arrangement) of windows (graphs, etc.) on the screen back to the STATISTICA Enterprise database.

Classic menus. From the File - Get External Data - Enterprise Tools submenu, select Save Window Configuration to save the current configuration (arrangement) of windows (graphs, etc.) on the screen back to the STATISTICA Enterprise database.

This option is enabled only for STATISTICA Enterprise, and only if you have Engineer, Data Entry Admin (EDE), or System Admin (SADM) access privileges. Also, it is not available until you run an IQC monitor that creates one or more windows.

When you select Save Window Configuration, the positions and order of the windows are saved to the database. The next time you run the monitor, the saved positions will be used to place the windows. The positioning is done proportionately, so if you open in a differently sized window, the windows will have the same relative positions. The system also saves the iconic state, so if you minimize any windows, they will be minimized again when the monitor runs.

By default (i.e., with no window configuration saved), IQC monitors will minimize the spreadsheet, and then if there are 12 or fewer windows, it will tile them; otherwise, it will cascade them.
