Spreadsheet Layouts

A spreadsheet layout is a convenient way to combine sets of formatting options into one collection. This feature allows you to specify and apply different formats for different components of a spreadsheet. Once you have created a spreadsheet layout, it can be applied to any spreadsheet for a consistently formatted appearance.

Select Spreadsheet - Layout Manager from the Format menu to display the Spreadsheet Layouts dialog, where there are several predefined spreadsheet layouts divided into two groups: System Default and System spreadsheet layouts. The System Default spreadsheet layout affects the data, header, case and variable headers, and info box of your spreadsheet. The System spreadsheet layouts include Active Cell Header, Marked Cells, Print Filter, Selected Cells Header, and Selection Conditions. These spreadsheet layouts only affect very specific characteristics associated with spreadsheet interactions.
