2D Line Plots - Aggregated
Aggregated line plots display a sequence of means for
consecutive subsets of a selected variable. You can select the number
of consecutive observations from which the mean will be calculated (Aggr. Index option)
and if desired, the range of values in each subset will be marked by the
whisker-type markers (Value Range Bars
option). Aggregated line plots
are used to explore and present sequences of large numbers of values.
A large selection of data smoothing and filtering procedures (e.g., moving
average, moving median, 4253 filters, and others) are available in the
Time
Series module.
