Tools - Selection Conditions - Remove Selected Cases

Ribbon bar. Select the Tools tab. Click Selection Conditions and from the menu, select Remove Selected Cases...

Classic menus. From the Tools - Selection Conditions submenu, select Remove Selected Cases (or click the toolbar button located on the Tools toolbar)...

...to remove selected cases in the spreadsheet from the existing case selection conditions. The selected cases are added to the Exclude cases group box in the Spreadsheet Case Selection Conditions dialog box. All other selection conditions remain the same. To view the updated case selection conditions, select Tools - Selection Conditions - Edit.
