Use the Horizontal Data Line and Vertical Data Line boxes to select the color and style of the gridlines between the variables and cases. Use the Rows/Data Line box to select the color of the gridline between the Case Headers and the first variable in the spreadsheet. Use the Columns/Data Line box to select the color of the gridline between the Variable Headers and the first variable. Use the Header/Columns Line box to select the color of the gridline between the Variable Headers and the Header. See Spreadsheet (Multimedia Table) Window Overview for further details.

Note: This dialog box controls the display of gridlines on the screen and does not automatically reflect the display of gridlines when the spreadsheet is printed. To use these selections in the printout of spreadsheets, edit the Print Filter spreadsheet layout by selecting Layout Manager from the Format - Spreadsheet menu to display the Spreadsheet Layouts dialog box. Then select the Print Filter spreadsheet layout on the System tab and click the Edit button. Finally, clear the Gridlines styles and colors check box in the Edit Spreadsheet Layout dialog box.
