Multi Item Display Settings

Ribbon bar. Select the Workbook tab. In the Multi-Item Display group, click Settings to display the Multi Item Display dialog box.

Classic menus. From the Workbook - Multi Item Display submenu, select Settings to display the Multi Item Display dialog box.

Use these options to turn the multi-item display functionality on or off and to control the settings of the multi-item display. To make changes to the settings for the current workbook without changing the global settings for all workbooks, right-click on a folder in the workbook and select Multi Item Display - Settings from the shortcut menu.

Width. Type a number in the Width box, or adjust the number using the accompanying microscrolls, to specify the width of the grid.

Height. Type a number in the Height box, or adjust the number using the accompanying microscrolls, to specify the height of the grid.

Columns. Type a number in the Columns box, or adjust the number using the accompanying microscrolls, to specify the number of columns in the grid.

Enabled. Select the Enabled check box to enable multi-item display.

Apply to all folders. Select the Apply to all folders check box to apply the current settings to all folders. Clear the check box to apply the settings only to the current folder.

OK. Click the OK button to apply any changes made to the settings.

Cancel. Click the Cancel button to close this dialog box. Any changes made to the settings will not be applied.
