Renaming Report Items

When you add items to a report, they are inserted with generic document names (i.e., spreadsheet). However, you can rename report items so that they are more descriptive.

To rename a report item, follow these steps:

  1. Click once on the item in the tree pane.

  2. Then, click once on the name of the item (i.e., spreadsheet) or press F2.

  3. Type over the document name with the descriptive name you want to assign to that report item.

  4. When you are finished typing the new name for the item, press ENTER.
