Saving a Report

To save the active report, follow these instructions:

  1. Select Save from the File menu, or click the Save toolbar button. The report will be saved using the file name and location defined when you last saved the report.

  2. If you have not yet saved the active report, or if you want to save it using a different file name or location, select Save As from the File menu.

  3. Using the Save in drop-down list box, select the file location where you would like to save the active report.

  4. Type the desired name in the File name box.

  5. Click Save.
