Delete Cases

Ribbon bar. Select the Edit tab. In the Clipboard/Data group, click Delete and on the menu, select Cases to display the Delete Cases dialog box.

Classic menus. On the Edit - Delete submenu, select Cases to display the Delete Cases dialog box.

From case. In the From case box, designate the first case (inclusive) in the block of cases to be deleted. (Note that if you are deleting only one case, then designate the same case in both the From case and To case boxes.)

To case. In the To case box, designate the last case (inclusive) in the block of cases to be deleted.

To delete cases from the spreadsheet, enter the desired case numbers in the From case and To case boxes and click the OK button. See also: Deleting Cases, Adding Cases, Copying Cases, Moving Cases.
