Opening a Spreadsheet

To open an existing spreadsheet (or multiple spreadsheets), follow these instructions:

  1. Select Open from the File tab or menu, or click the Open toolbar button.

  2. In the Open dialog box, use the Look in drop-down list box to select the folder where the desired spreadsheet resides.

  3. If necessary, change the Files of type by using the drop-down list box.

  4. Select the desired spreadsheet file, and click Open. You can select more than one file by pressing the CTRL key on your keyboard (for a discontinuous list of files) or the SHIFT key (for a continuous list of files).
